I stayed for a short transit stay and was truly impressed by the comfortable and stylish Deluxe King Room. The modern design and the inclusion of a lovely patio added a nice touch to my visit. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast served in the rooftop bar area, with a wonderful view, and it was convenient to have so many attractions like the Museum of Cultures and the Basilica just a short stroll away.

Majagua Hotel's breakfast is a total winner! I enjoyed fresh, made-to-order dishes that fueled my culinary explorations. The rooftop bar is a gem, serving delightful drinks as you soak up the views. Plus, the staff are super accommodating and attentive.
Initially, we faced some street noise due to a nearby fair, but moving to an upstairs room helped a lot. That said, light sleepers may want to choose rooms away from the busy road for a more peaceful stay.

modern design, lovely rooftop lounge, local flavor
Awful street noise at night!!! Not enough shelves for unpacking clothes. a management oversight!!! A mini fridge would enhance room comfort!!! Restaurant opening times not practical for early excursions!!!

Majagua Hotel impressed me with its modern design and comfortable atmosphere. The room felt chic and had a lovely patio that added a nice touch to my stay. Breakfast served in the rooftop bar was delightful, with fresh, made-to-order dishes that I really enjoyed. The friendly staff made my experience even better, always willing to help with anything I needed. However, I faced some issues with street noise at night, especially during a local festival. Even switching to an upstairs room didn't completely eliminate the noise. A mini fridge in the room would also enhance the stay.

great experience but needs a bit more organization
The property is beautifully decorated with a lovely rooftop terrace. The breakfast served each morning was delightful and varied. The staff were friendly and Fatima provided an outstanding restaurant recommendation, enhancing our dining experience in the area.
The rooftop terrace closing earlier than expected was a minor disappointment.

Great stay in Oaxaca!
I loved the chill vibe here! The staff made things so easy, setting up my taxi from the airport, which was super helpful. The room was really comfy and clean. I enjoyed breakfast in the lounge area—it was nice to relax with good coffee. Just a heads up, the rooftop bar closed early, which was a bummer.
